I've been jamming to Black Eyed Peas while packing and cleaning. I find that some serious dance music helps me stay motivated and also helps my speed in doing said chores.

It's also helping me take my mind off all the crazy 140 character possibilities that I'm not able to post.

Musical Monday: Mahna Mahna

I'm wandering around Winco last week, and my son was getting super fussy and done with all the grocery shopping we were doing.

{This was my 2nd stop after all}

In a fit of desperation, I started singing this song.

It got instant smiles, and participation from my son.

So we kept wandering around the store bouncing this off of eachother.

Just as I'm grabbing the milk, this random guy comes up and asks my son if he knew what the song was called.

My son is 3.

He proceeded to tell us, once we said no.

And now I cannot remember it for the life of me.

But, we still start singing this when things get a little crazy around the house.

So without further adieu, here it is to get stuck in your head!

Musical Monday: Your Love Remains

This song is just beautiful to me. I love it.

I love all the people in the video. These are my friends, my brothers and sisters in Christ.

The vocalist is one of the 4 pastors at The Rock Church.

But if you listen to the lyrics, you'll hear a beautiful message of love. Everlasting love.

A week from today, I get to worship God for 4 days with these beautiful people plus many more.

I'm pretty stoked to say the least. I'm sure I'll have something to say by then. I may even get my etsy store open by my birthday on the 5th.

A girl can dream, right?

Musical Monday: Singin' in the Rain

If you're not aware, I have an amazing condition that I live with.

I am a Gleek.

{yes I'm a nerd}

Anyway, a few weeks ago they aired an episode with Gwyneth Paltrow called "The Substitute", and while I had my doubts about Gwyneth's ability to sing, she blew me out of the water once I heard her voice. I was amazed.

Then they did this video.

I'm sucked in. I so wish that I could take a dancing class right now. I really want to dance and do all the fun stuff they do. Not to mention that Gwyneth and Matthew together is an amazingly beautiful couple.
