Oh my goodness, I'm stoked! :) simply.scraps and Stolen Moments have come out with a super cute kit called "A Little Spacey" and a bunch of the creative team members from both teams created little clusters and word arts to go with the kit! :)

A little bit of this and that {and a freebie?!}

I had a little bit of fun this week with some kits that are now available in the stores. :)

This one is by simply.scraps, and it's so fun and funky (which is just Laura's style). It's called Off Beat Bits and it's available exclusively at Elemental Scraps right now. :) (Yes, Laura opened up a new shop! So that means THERE IS A SALE!)

My first Speed Scrap

Too Much Fun!

Sunshine Studio Scraps will do a speed scrap once in a while. I lucked out and my sanity required it that I do some digi-scrapping today.

All day it seems! lol

But tonight the scrap was during family play time, so I took the lappy upstairs and sat in their room. Speed scraps are great as they give a set of commands every 10 to 15 minutes.

Today's prompts:


1. Gather 3 papers, one will be your background and the other 2 will be used later on...

2. Go and grab your favorite picture of yourself and alter it to your liking....

3. Grab a nice chunky frame for that pic of beautiful you and plop it on!

4. Embellish your heart out! Arrange 10 elements, no more no less, onto your LO. And dont forget to shadow those puppies!

5. With the other 2 papers from before, clip 1 srip out of each paper to use as a journaling strip

6. on those 2 strips, put the 2 resolutions you've made this year that are most important to you...1 resolution on each strip

7. Add a title and load into the challenges gallery

Trixie Scraps teamed up with Pixie Keepsakes for this great charity kit! As part of the Trixie Scraps Creative Team I was able to sample this awesome kit! It's totally versatile, and very very cute!

It's available at Trixie Scraps' Store at Sunshine Studio Scraps! If you click on the link, it will take you to the purchase page, but it also has information about the Charity this kit is for! The full kit contains 23 papers, 2 alphas and over 55 elements. Both of the following layouts were done with this kit. In the kisses layout, the journaling font is 2peas barefoot professor.

I am thrilled to announce another great Creative Team!

So my computer issues, that I've mentioned earlier, should be resolved by hopefully Christmas. If Santa loves me enough. lol And after today, maybe it's not a bad idea to get a new computer...sheesh. Maybe I'm harboring some sort of virus that hates me.

Freebie Overload at Sunshine Studio Scraps

You think I'm kidding.

Sunshine Studio Scraps currently is doing a "Mission" and they are offering up freebies.

Tons and tons of freebies. So far Mission 1 is my fav, as they used all the same colors, but came up with very different kits!

Mission 2 they had to picture that inspired them and create a kit out of it! I'd have loved to see the pictures that caused the inspiration!

They are on Mission 3 at the moment. :} Monochromatic colored kits. Some are very very pretty.

So here's the catch, you have to become a member of their forums.
